RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we allow items adhering to our returns requirements to be returned within 30 days from when the order was shipped for a refund. A return authorization will be required to process a return. Please contact [email protected] to retrieve an authorization.
All Parade Design pieces will come with a SECURITY TAG attached. Security tags must be intact in order to be eligible for a refund. Items must be unused and in the original condition as was received with all original packaging.
Any items not adhering to these requirements will not be accepted.
Return Fees: Free.
Personalized items are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for returns.
Custom sizes are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time-frame.
Late or missing refunds
After an appropriate amount of time has passed and your refund has not been reflected, please begin by contacting your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
